How to break a weight stall or plateau
- Switch to total carbs if you are doing net carbs, give examples and show products keto ice cream / no sugar / snacks or do a combination like I am currently doing (20 net with max of 40 total)
- Track everything so you can review what you are eating to help identify hidden carbs, Things like condiments, salad dressing (show the primal kitchen one), drinks
- Think about cutting back on dairy, all dairy has carbs and things like heavy cream. The labels in the US can be very misleading because if it has less then 1carb the product can say it has zero carbs. Keto chow example heavy cream vs butter
- Read labels and identify hidden sugars in thing like equal or Splenda
- Read labels and learn a serving size and what that is, and can you just eat one serving size
