Limit the amount of sweetener and dairy for the month. I am doing to try and cut my usage in half 

Cut your dairy in half over your current week.

Track the carbs and count total carb to a max of 25 carbs. 

Walk 12k step 5 days per week

  Do 30 push up 3 days a week

Workout 3 days a week
