Ingredients
1 package or serving of Birthday cake keto chow
2 Large eggs
¼ sweetener
¼ brown sweetener
12 TBSP of soften butter
2 tsp vanilla extracts
2 cups Almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¾ cap of white chocolate chips (Choc zero is the best)
½ cup sugar free rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Beat the butter, sweetener and brown sweetener together until fluffy
- Add the 2 egg and vanilla and keto chow; beat until well combined.
- Mix the dry almond flour, baking powder, baking soda.
- Add to the stand mixer and combine on low speed.
- Add in the white chocolate chips and sprinkles. Mix together.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Using a cookie scoop and make about 24 cookies
- Bake for 10-15 minutes. Make sure not to overcook the cookies
