Protein Keto Chocolate Muffin Recipe

Do you want to add a delicious way to add more protein into your daily routine? Well here is a great recipe. Grab it as you go out the door or on the run. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond butter (any nut butter)
  • 1/2 cup Lakanto Brown sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate Isopure protein powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, lily’s or choc zero sugar free

Instruction

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with parchment paper liners.
  2. Place the almond butter into a large bowl. If not cream stir to incorporate the oils. You might have to heat it up a little to get is smoot and more liquid.
  3. Stir in the sweetener and vanilla extract until well combined, then add the eggs and mix thoroughly
  4. Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and stir
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Put the mix muffin into the muffin pan and bake 18 to 25 minutes.
  7. Remove and let cool in the pan.
