Keto Buffalo Shrimp Recipe
This Buffalo Shrimp recipe is sweet and spicy, and makes a wonderful appetizer or main dish. Tender shrimp cooked to perfection, then tossed in a tangy sauce with a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients
Buffalo Sauce
⅓ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
¼ cup allulose
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne (optional, for extra heat)
½ tsp xanthan gum
Shrimp
2 tbsp butter
2 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Buffalo Sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
Shrimp
Set a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the butter and let melt.
Once hot, add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook about 2 minutes on one side, then flip them all over and cook on the other side.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the shrimp to a plate. Add the sauce into the pan and cook until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the shrimp back into the pan, toss to coat in the sauce and warm through. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
