  1. Going out with friends and coworkers and family
    1. Find out the place you are going and look at the menu
    1. Think a protein and veggies
    1. Eat something before you go
    1. Bring a snack with you
    1. Look at alterative drinks (alcohol) What are the best option
  2. How to handle Christmas parties
    1. Don’t go or participate
    1. Bring something to the party that is low carb /keto friendly
    1. Eat before for you go to help curb your appetite
    1. Bring your own alcohol / Learn about things that are better chooses
  3. Christmas at home
    1. Again think about party platters that are meat and cheeses
    1. Plan dinner around proteins (Meats, Fish, etc) as they will fill you up and help from snacking 
    1. Make keto friendly foods like a keto Lasagna, Chicken parm, Cordon blu, bacon cheese burger cass etc  
    1. Make keto friendly snacks that the whole family will like (cheese cake. Cookies etc)
    1. Eat a good breakfast so not as hungry during the day
    1. Plan to minimis non keto foods. 1 spoon of the potatos, or half of twice baked half the size of the pie
  4. New Year Eve
    1. Remember that on keto its easier to get intoxicated
    1. Start later in the evening like at 11pm
    1. So drink less or at all
    1. Eat lots of proteins
    1. Drink things with Seltzer water in them (Tonic water is bad)
    1. Watch my video on alcohol
    1. Above all don’t drink and drive !!!!!!
