Ingredients
4 PCS. CHICKEN BREAST
1/3 CUP COCONUT OIL
SALT
GROUND BALCK PEPPER
GROUND GARLIC
Breading
½ CUP EGG WHITE POWDER
1 BAG PORK RIND (GRIND)
Preparation:
Take the pork ring and egg white powder and put in a food processer and mix until the pork rinds become a powder
Slice chicken in half and pound to make it thinner.
Sprinkle ground pepper, ground garlic and salt to the chicken then brush chicken on coconut oil and coat with breading mix.
Air fry it for 15-20 minutes at 375
While chicken is cooking make the sauce below
DIJON SAUCE
2 TABLESPOON BUTTER
1 TEASPOON DIJON MUSTARD
1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
SALT, GARLIC, JALOPENO AND PEPPER SEASONING (DRUNKEN CHEF BBQ SEASONING}
½ CUP SHREDDED CHEESE
Melt butter in a pan, then add the Dijon mustard, whipped cream, cheese, and seasoning.
Bring to a slow boil then turn down to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens up. Might have to add more cheese to it.
Once the chicken comes out you put on a plate and spoon the sauce on top of the chicken. Can garnish it with mushrooms or a garnish of your choice.
