Chicken Kabobs
Ingredients
Chicken boneless thighs 5lbs.
Black pepper dash to taste
Pepper flakes dash to taste
Fish sauce 1/3 cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup (primal Kitchen)
Lemon juice 1/3 cup
Zucchini 2 pcs.
Bell peppers 2pcs.
Direction
Wash and remove the skin off the chicken
Mix the ingredients in a big bowl or something that will hold the chicken and the mixture
Add the chicken to the mix and cover and put in refrigerator for a min of 2 hours but best to level overnight.
Just put on the kabob skewers chicken, peppers, zucchini and repeat
Grill until they are done and enjoy
