Keto Chow Birthday Cookies

Ingredients

1 package or serving of Birthday cake keto chow

2 Large eggs

¼ sweetener

¼ brown sweetener

12 TBSP of soften butter

2 tsp vanilla extracts

2 cups Almond flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

¾ cap of white chocolate chips (Choc zero is the best)

½ cup sugar free rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sweetener and brown sweetener together until fluffy
  2. Add the 2 egg and vanilla and keto chow; beat until well combined.
  3. Mix the dry almond flour, baking powder, baking soda.
  4. Add to the stand mixer and combine on low speed.
  5. Add in the white chocolate chips and sprinkles. Mix together.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Using a cookie scoop and make about 24 cookies
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Make sure not to overcook the cookies
