Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt (I use two good lemon)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter, cooled
  • 1/8 cup sweetener
  • 1 tsp Lemon extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 serving Lemon Meringue Keto Chow 46g (or 1 scoop)
  • 2 tsp baking powder

OPTIONAL ADD INS

  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together eggs, sour cream, and butter. Add in sweetener and mix well.
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until creamy.
  4. Add in poppyseeds.
  5. Scoop into greased mini muffin tin or use silicone liners.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
