Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast
- ½ cup of almond flour (could use coconut or other nut flour)
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika or any seasoning you like
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan
- 4 oz of mushrooms
- Red pepper flakes, oregano and thyme or any seasoning you like
- Fresh basil
- Riced Cauliflower to serve

And here’s how to put the delicious dish together:
- Cut up chicken breast for the desired amount of people.
- Season the almond flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
- Pad dry the chicken and then coat the chicken breast in the almond flour mixture and set them aside. Let sit for about 15 minutes
- In a pan on medium heat, combine two tablespoons of oil and two tablespoons of butter.
- Cook your chicken breasts for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until the crust is golden.
- Remove the chicken from your pan and set a side, add two tablespoons of garlic minced garlic and mushrooms then deglaze your pan with a cup of chicken broth.
- Lower the heat and add a cup of cream and a cup of parmesan cheese.
- As the sauce thickens, add red pepper flakes, oregano and thyme.
- Serve the chicken and sauce over a serving of riced cauliflower.
