Ingredients
Crust
1.5 cup almond flour
1 serving of Keto chow Pecan sticky buns
10 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
2 tablespoon granulated monk fruit sweetener
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
PECAN TOPPING:
½ cup butter
6 tablespoons Brown Sweetener
1 serving of keto chow pecan sticky buns
2 large egg
2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Direction
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 1-quart rectangular baking dish (about 8×8-inches) with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients then add the wet ingredient and mix well together. Spoon prepared pan, spread evenly in pan, then bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
3. In melt the butter and sweetener in the microwave or can do it in a sauce pan on top of stove.
4 Slowly add the egg to the melted butter mixture while slowly whisking together.
5. Mixing in chopped pecans into the mixture then pour on the baked crust.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes just until topping is browned. Remove from oven and cool.
7. Remove the bars from the pan and allow to cool completely. Cut into 12 evenly sized
