1 cup sugar free white vanilla baking chips (I used choczero)
1 cup sugar free chocolate baking chips (I used choczero)
14oz keto condensed milk (checkout my recipe on alanawesomeketoworld.com )
1/2 cup peanut butter
½ cup coconut flake to roll the snowballs in
Instructions
Step 1 Line 8-inch square pan with foil, and spray with cooking spray.
Step 2 Place white chocolate and chocolate baking chips, and keto sweetened condensed milk, and peanut butter in large microwavable bowl.
Microwave uncovered on High in 30 second increments, stirring well between each, until melted and smooth. This may take few time in the microwave. Be careful; the bowl will get hot.
Step 3 Place in refrigerator for a couple of hours until it gets semi hard Step 4 Roll into small balls (about 1”). Put the coconut flakes on a plate, then rolls the balls in the coconut flake. Store in the refrigerator
