Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond butter (any nut butter)
- 1/2 cup Lakanto Brown sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate Isopure protein powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, lily’s or choc zero sugar free
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with parchment paper liners.
- Place the almond butter into a large bowl. If not cream stir to incorporate the oils. You might have to heat it up a little to get is smoot and more liquid.
- Stir in the sweetener and vanilla extract until well combined, then add the eggs and mix thoroughly
- Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and stir
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Put the mix muffin into the muffin pan and bake 18 to 25 minutes.
- Remove and let cool in the pan.
