This snickerdoodle keto mug cake is easy to make with the
cinnamon, tangy flavor you’d expect. Light and sweet, yet sugar
free and perfect for a low carb snack!
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon blanched almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
2 tablespoon sweetener
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a mug or bowl
2. Add egg to dry ingredients and butter then mix around
3. Next add vanilla extract and liquid sweetener.
4. Stir well and make sure everything is smooth and combined
5. Place in microwave for 1-1.5 minutes
6. Garnish with cinnamon and sweetener once removed. A 1/8 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon
sweetner is an ideal mix
